This website is operated by MrsMD. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to MrsMD. MrsMD offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service", "Terms"), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, and/or contributors of content.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services.

SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS
You represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

SECTION 2 - GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Your content (excluding credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted. Credit card information is always encrypted.

SECTION 3 - MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES
Prices are subject to change without notice. We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time. We are not liable for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

SECTION 4 - MEMBERSHIP TERMS

We offer subscription-based memberships with various levels: MrsMD® Wellness Rx, Essentials, Enhance, and Transform. Membership benefits vary by tier and may include digital tools, consultations, discounts, and aesthetic procedures.

  • Recurring Billing: Monthly or annual automated billing. Members may upgrade or downgrade; upgrades are prorated immediately, downgrades take effect at the end of the billing cycle. Pausing is not available.

  • Medical Services: One consultation per month is included with active Essentials, Enhance, or Transform memberships. Wellness Rx members may pay $139 per consultation. Prescriptions may be provided at provider discretion. Weight loss medication is not included. Discounts may apply only to medications purchased through MrsMD.

  • Eligibility: Available to individuals age 18 or older. Medical services are provided only in AL, CA, CT, DC, FL, GA, IN, LA, MD, MI, MO, MN, MS, NC, NJ, NY, OH, TN, TX, VA, and WA.

  • Cancellation: Must be submitted before the next billing cycle via website or customer support. Membership remains active through the end of the current term.

  • Refunds: No refunds or prorated credits are provided unless in cases of billing error, at our sole discretion. Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the transaction.

  • Termination: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend any membership for violation of these terms. No refund will be issued in such cases.

  • Aesthetic Treatments: Annual memberships may include aesthetic services; these are only available while the membership is active. If a subscription lapses, any unused aesthetic services are forfeited.

  • Medical Disclaimer: While we provide medical services through licensed providers, results vary and are not guaranteed. These services are not a substitute for emergency care or specialty treatment beyond our scope.

  • HIPAA and Consent: By using our medical services, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your health information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws, including HIPAA.

  • Prescription Limitations: Consultations do not guarantee the issuance of a prescription. Medications are prescribed only when medically appropriate.

  • Community Conduct: Access to the MrsMD Weight Loss Support Group is optional and subject to group rules. We reserve the right to remove members who violate community standards, including harassment, misinformation, or unauthorized promotion.

  • 14-Day Change Notice: If we materially change membership pricing or perks, members will receive 14 days' notice via email or website notification. Continued use after such notice constitutes acceptance.

SECTION 5 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information. We reserve the right to limit or cancel orders and may attempt to notify you using the provided contact information.

SECTION 6 - PERSONAL INFORMATION
Your submission of personal information through the site is governed by our Privacy Policy, which includes HIPAA compliance for medical services.

SECTION 7 - DEIDENTIFIED AND AGGREGATED DATA
We may use and share deidentified or aggregated data—information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you—for research, analytics, marketing, and commercial purposes. This may include the sale or licensing of such data to third parties. All such data is stripped of identifiers in accordance with HIPAA and other applicable laws.

SECTION 8 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS
We are not responsible for content on third-party sites. Please review third-party policies before engaging in any transactions.

SECTION 9 - COMMENTS AND FEEDBACK
You agree that we may use your comments or submissions in any medium. You are responsible for the legality and appropriateness of your content.

SECTION 10 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Services are provided "as is". We are not liable for damages resulting from your use of the Service.

You agree to indemnify MrsMD and its affiliates from any claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or rights of a third-party.

SECTION 12 - SEVERABILITY

SECTION 13 - TERMINATION
These Terms remain in effect unless terminated by either party. We may terminate your access at any time for any violation.

SECTION 14 - ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms and our posted policies constitute the entire agreement between you and us.

SECTION 15 - GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Georgia.

SECTION 16 - CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to update or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
